Deep Dish Pizza

Deep Dish Pizza is Made with a layer of crust that lines the bottom and up the sides of the pan. Then Cheese is placed above the crust. Your choice of topping are added and more cheese is place on top of those. The Pie is Baked at about 500 deg. for up to 40 minutes.

The Quad

The Quad is an Amazing Well Done Pie! Made with crust on the bottom of the pan only. Then cheese slices are place up the side of a deep dish pan where they caramelize The Quad is baked to Well Done to facilitate the Caramelization during baking. You can add as many tipping as you like but with the Quad, Less is more!
